Kelley Maher is a seasoned leasing professional with over 25 years of deal making experience and over 1,000 leases consummated on behalf of her clients.  She has enjoyed working coast to coast for the most respected and progressive companies in the retail realm.  Clients have included Fortune 500 Companies, Financial Institutions and Pension Funds to lease all disciplines of retail from small boutique retailers in neighborhood centers to department stores in regional malls.  Kelley is a team player, collectively strategizing to establish merchandising plans, promotions and budgets to accomplish the goals of leasing to occupiers that create synergy with the overall mix and traffic drivers to a center.
